Stuart Alexander & Co (NZ) Limited (“we” and “us”) is the New Zealand importer of Illycaffe coffee machines (“Product”) in New Zealand.
Product Warranty
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Product, it will be replaced for you, exchanged for a product of the same value, or the total amount will be refunded, providing the Product is returned within 28 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping shall be your responsibility.
Your Product is warranted against faults and manufacture when used in normal domestic use for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
We undertake to repair or replace the Product at our option, at no charge, if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.
This warranty is only valid if the Product was purchased in New Zealand and imported by us.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, no fault found with the Product or work carried out by anyone other than a service agent authorised by us.
Save as aforesaid, we shall not be under any liability, representation or warranty to you for any loss, injury to damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, suffered by you, or for loss of profits, or to give you contribution or indemnity, or otherwise, in respect of any loss, injury or damage arising from, or attributable to, any defect in the Product.
Our maximum liability arising from any Product sold by us shall not exceed the price of such Product.
Except for our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, no other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to your Product.
If you acquire the Product for business purposes, the guarantees and warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those Products.
Please keep your receipt as this will authenticate your warranty.

We collect details such as your first and last names, your delivery address, telephone number and email address when you register for our services or purchase our products. We use this information so we can contact you, let you know when your product has been dispatched and keep you informed of any new products or services. You have a right to access the information that we are holding about you and we will provide this to you upon request.
Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that are collected are used to bill you for products and services. We do not retain your financial information.
You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings from Stuart Alexander & Co (NZ) Limited by following the procedure outlined at the bottom of all emailed correspondence. TOP
All prices stated are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). TOP
We reserve the right to change any advertised prices. These changes will not affect any order that is submitted before price changes are made. TOP
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Should credit card authorisation be unsuccessful, we will email you. Full payment will be debited from your nominated credit card before the goods are dispatched to you. If you prefer to order by phone or fax rather than using the secure online transaction system, either call us on 0800 225 417 or print out your order form and fax to us at 0800 662 312. If placing your order by phone please have your credit card ready before calling. If you are faxing, please ensure that your credit card details are entered onto the order form before printing and faxing to us. TOP
In the interests of reducing fraudulent use of the payment system we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order sent to us. TOP
To safeguard your credit card information we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) a highly advanced security system which encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order including your payment details can be read in transit. Please see our privacy policy for more information. TOP
All orders are shipped within 1-7 days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email.

Delivery is to be made to a physical address that you shall provide. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill delivery requirements, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to provide an alternative delivery address for your goods or to cancel your order and have your money refunded in full.
No responsibility will be taken by Stuart Alexander & Co (NZ) Limited if you provide incorrect address details. If possible and if notified early enough to check the details before dispatching the order, we will make amendments to the delivery address. TOP
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified immediately by email or fax and offered an alternative or given a full refund. TOP

What about a delivery to a rural address?
We can deliver anywhere in New Zealand so long as appropriate postal details are given to us. We do ask you to give the nearest town to your physical address to ensure appropriate delivery arrangements can be made along with a daytime contact phone number. TOP
